Mr. Towfique Anwar from Dhaka sought a vacation home in Chattogram for his family, and we delivered a comprehensive interior design solution for his entire residence. This included meticulous bathroom tile designs, custom-made furniture, lighting and ceiling concepts, and complete A-Z interior solutions. The house features three bedrooms with attached toilets and an additional common toilet. Design Inspiration & Key Elements
We wanted to design a modern and stylish interior, serving as an excellent source of design inspiration. We wanted to feature a harmonious blend of contemporary furniture and elegant decor elements. Key elements include sleek brown leather sofas and grey upholstered armchairs, adding a mix of textures and colours. The artistic chandeliers with circular LED lights and recessed ceiling lights create a sophisticated ambiance all throughout the house. We have added many striking pieces of abstract wall arts, while sheer white curtains and grey drapes allow natural light to filter through. The residence’s neutral colour palette of grey, white, and brown creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. Mr. Towfique’s residence perfectly highlights key elements of modern interior design, such as mixed materials, contemporary lighting, and a cohesive colour scheme.
Execution & Challenges Overcome
Completing the project on time for Mr. Towfique Anwar’s vacation home was challenging, especially since he wanted an all-in-one solution and planned to visit with relatives soon. To overcome this, our dedicated team fast-tracked the project by efficiently delegating tasks to more workers. Our CEO personally visited the project site daily, ensuring that his energy and expertise contributed to the fast and high-quality completion of the work. This modern kitchen features sleek grey cabinetry with black handles, a matching marble countertop and backsplash, and a built-in gas stove with a stainless steel range hood. The minimalist design is enhanced by under-cabinet lighting, a double sink with a window above, and a strategically placed dish rack and microwave. The overall look is clean, contemporary, and functional, making it an ideal space for culinary creativity.
Dining Space
Our designed modern dining area featuring a round table with four orange chairs, seamlessly integrated with the adjacent family living space. We have emphasized open-concept living, with the dining area leading directly into the kitchen through an open doorway. Recessed and pendant lighting provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. We also included a built-in shelving unit with glass shelves and a wine rack, adding both functionality and elegance.
